  • Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.
  • MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.
  • Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies.

  • Opt-Out: You can opt out of the SMS list at aytime by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or UNSUBCRIBE to Info@dmvscooterrental.com or 877-368-3961. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from out list within 24 hours.
  • You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our phone number, email and website. We are here to help you.
  • Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. DMV Scooter Rental will not sell, rent or share the collected mobile numbers.

Communication via Text (SMS)
DMV Scooter Rental will not “SPAM” message any customer or potential customers. Only customers who OPT-IN to receiving text messages will receive them and those same customers can OUT-OUT at any time. We will not initial conversations via text and only use this form of communication to respond to customers who prefer texting.
Customers have the option to manually opt-out by checking the box to not receive text messages on the contact form on our website or you can email us at info@dmvscooterrental.com
Customers who previously opted in to texting can opt-out by texting "STOP" to our phone number.

When you make a reservation, rent a motorcycle or other vehicle, we need to collect certain information about you in order to provide and improve our services. The service that you chose will determine what information we collect from you. This information may include, but not be limited to:

  • Home and/or Business Address
  • Telephone Numbers at which we can contact you
  • Your Date of Birth
  • Geographic area
  • Method of Payments (credit card and expiration date)
  • Driver’s License and State of Issuance
  • Type(s) of vehicles rented and the timing of such rentals
When you rent a vehicle, we will also record information that details your rental (e.g. the type of vehicle you rented, where you rented the vehicle, where and when you returned the vehicle, payment arrangements, insurance preferences, gas consumption, mileage and other information related to the vehicle).
We may also need certain information from you when you request any of the following services or equipment: Special Needs/Optional Equipment; and Special Offers/Discounts.
How we collect this information will depend on how you use our services. We may collect this information directly from you by telephone, email, in person, or through your use of our Site or the Internet. To the extent you use our Site, we may also collect information about your use of our Site, transactional and account information, e-mail and other information related to communications to our Site.
